Swedish 4P Logistics company UBQ AB is looking for strategic partners throughout the U.S. Ideally the partner would be another 4PL, a non-asset based company who makes custom-tailored logistics solutions for other companies, but a 3PL as well as other asset based companies could be potential strategic partners. UBQ offers a well established network and capabilities in Northern Europe and has show a rapid growth over the past years. Customers are mainly large public companies. The company is participating in the EU project Marco Polo, which opens up possibilities for their U.S. partners.
UBQ's goal is to be a leading 4PL in trans-Atlantic trade, and have picked Georgia as an essential place to be present. Sven-Erik Andersson, CEO, and Johan Envall, Business Development Manager N.A., will visit Savannah and Atlanta on November 26 and 27, 2007 to meet with potential partners and be introduced to the market, SACC-Atlanta's Advantage GA program is facilitating the meetings.
