The Viking Club, organized by the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Atlanta, is geared towards students and young professionals interested in promoting Scandinavian-American relations.

Our purpose is to provide members with the opportunity to build strong professional and social networks within the existing SACC organization and Atlanta business community.  We organize special career building and social events for Viking Club members, who are also welcome to attend all regular SACC events.

Since our Inaugural Viking Club Fest in November 2001, we've held several very well attended events including our kick-off event at Apres Diem in Midtown complete with happy hour, hors d'oeuvres and entertainment.  Each year since then we've held a festive Glögg Party in December with a full traditional Julbord of holiday food, a joint St. Urho event with the Atlanta-Suomi Finnish Society, and a Swedish Midsummer celebration in June.  We also have held movie nights and many networking events at local bars including Sambuca Jazz Cafe, Apres Diem, Loca Luna just to name a few.  These events are in addition to the events offered by SACC.

Annual Viking Club membership is only $30 for members 30 years and younger, otherwise the standard SACC membership fee applies.  If you are interested in joining, please complete the Membership Application and send it with your membership fee to SACC. You can also pay with Visa or Master card.

The Viking Club is a very interactive organization where your input will help determine our direction and success.
