Guest of Honor: Johan Hedberg

The Swedish Goaltender Johan Hedberg signed up with the Atlanta Thrashers in July 2006. Johan is born in Stockholm, Sweden, and grew up in Leksand. He started his hockey career playing for Leksand’s IF and his NLH career includes playing for Dallas Stars, Vancouver Canucks, Pittsburgh Penguins, San Jose Sharks and Philadelphia Flyers.

SACC-Atlanta Members in Focus

The SACC-Atlanta’s Annual Meeting 2006 will be combined with a Business Member Expo at the World Trade Center Atlanta on September 28. Member companies are invited to display products and services in a relaxed business networking environment. The idea is to provide a chance for SACC-Atlanta’s small business and corporate members to profile themselves towards other members of the Chamber and guests attending the event.

The event is open for everybody, free of charge and a complimentary reception buffet will be served. SACC-Atlanta’s chairwoman, Mee Linden, will make a short recap of the year passed and briefly touch on future plans and actions for the Chamber. The new SACC-Atlanta board will also be presented.
